The BC2M unit, member of the Bio'Occ project

The Bio'Occ project, another step forward for biotherapies in Occitanie!

BC2M is a member of the Bio'Occ project ("Biothérapie & Bioproduction en Occitanie: informer, attirer, former et fidéliser les talents de demain pour anticiper et accompagner l'innovation") submitted under the Call for expressions of interest (AMI)-compétences et métiers d'avenir (CMA). This structuring project between Toulouse and Montpellier focuses on 4 thematic axes:

• Priority 1: Adapt existing training courses to better meet needs by strengthening partnerships with industry
• Priority 2: Complement existing training programs to meet specific skills needs not currently covered by new courses.
• Priority 3: Develop foresight tools to better target changing needs and adapt training programs on an ongoing basis
• Priority 4: Roll out communication initiatives to enhance the attractiveness of our professions and the social acceptability of biotherapies, and provide companies with better information on training opportunities.
